Dirty Chai Energy Bites

Sometimes throughout the week, we all need a little extra energy to get through the day. Come dirty chai energy bites. Inspired by my love for coffee and chai's I get from a cafe, these are the perfect combination of spice, healthy fats, and energy needed to pick you up.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup almond or cashew butter any nut butter will work!
  • 1 tsp chai spice
  • 1/4 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl or food processor, then roll into 8 balls.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container. For best taste and texture, eat straight from the fridge.
