Dirty Chai Energy Bites
Sometimes throughout the week, we all need a little extra energy to get through the day. Come dirty chai energy bites. Inspired by my love for coffee and chai's I get from a cafe, these are the perfect combination of spice, healthy fats, and energy needed to pick you up.

- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup almond or cashew butter any nut butter will work!
- 1 tsp chai spice
- 1/4 tsp espresso powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 scoops collagen powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or food processor, then roll into 8 balls.
Refrigerate in an airtight container. For best taste and texture, eat straight from the fridge.
